Had a great experience until the day I showed up for delivery. Boat was supposed to be placed on a lift for an easy water test drive. However the boat wasn't on a lift and the salesman showed up over an hour late. This was after he called me 20 minutes before are scheduled meeting time to tell me he would be only a few minutes late. Once on the water during the test ride he continually spoke over me and ignored my responses to his questions or my questions. He was clearly more interested in his phone and communicating with his buddies who were on the lake. Overall experience with the dealer was good, but the first hand experience at the Lake Geneva salesman Brandon was not as expected.

Very disappointing on a number of levels. Had a large group. Had called ahead and were told no reservations and could not be put on a waitlist over the phone. Waited well over an hour for our table - understandable with a large group. Seated right before the kitchen closed. Were never provided seating for the full group so some of our party stood while a long long table was seated with 2 people. A cup of lettuce with a half of a grape tomato and a slice of cucumber was $8. We were charged $1.50 for having a sandwich cut in half and when asked about the charge we were told "that's just what the kitchen does." Live music was good, but we were seated right in front of the person and couldn't hear the person next to us. We are locals and know there are many choices - this will not be one on our list of go-to's.

I'm not sure about the restaurant but what happened down at the boat dock I would never go to that place of again and ever remember ever recommend it the people that run the doctor is rude as can be I waited respectfully to wait my turn to pick someone up from the restaurant and got nothing but insulted by everybody that work there don't go to the place I'm sure the rest of it sucks

We were hugely disappointed. Really poor service combined with uncooked bacon on the cheeseburger. We expressed our disappointment but management not only didn't seem concerned but was busy sharing excuses offering no apologies other than an insincere sorry.

I ordered a sandwich from this place and it came out with mold on the bun. I politely let the server know. She didn't say anything but took the plate back. Another person came out with the same sandwich and a new bun on top claiming the discoloration was just flour. No apologies or anything. Very dissatisfied with the service and will not be returning.

Love this place, awesome food and the best thin crust pizza in the area... Corinna and Damion, who run the place, are awesome people who are as entertaining as they are efficient... not to mention they have the best sunset view on the lake.

First night of our girls trip and decided to give this place a shot and it did not disappoint. It's a bar food atmosphere so it's nice and cute inside. I got a beer, fried pickles, pretzel with cheese and a burger called juicy Lucy Everything was delicious. A little busy and behind on a Saturday night but that is to be expected. A real wonderful time!

Have tried fish fry’s all over Walworth county and heard about the new fish fry at Boat House bar and grill and it was fantastic! Will be back and bringing the family!

Had 1 each of chicken, beef and shrimp taco. The chicken good. The shrimp had soggy breading that I had to peel from the shrimp as it was not to my taste. One bite of the beef and I was done. It tasted fatty and couldn’t taste meet. Very pricey menu as well. Service was good and nice view of lake

Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon for some drinks and appetizers. It was early in the afternoon and the place was pretty dead. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks. The bartender was nice and she recommended the cheese curds. I have to say I really liked the cheese curds. A pretty good size portion. The location is nice and I can imagine that it gets pretty busy in the summer.

The Shrimp Tacos! Omg, these were the best ever. My husband tried them a few months earlier while visiting with the Can Am club and constantly talked about them. Well while celebrating our anniversary over the weekend, I tried them! OMG good!!! You only need 2, they were very filling

Don't bother. Worst way ever to have spent over $100. VERY disappointing. 6 of us stopped for lunch in October. Had to beat off the flies indoors- on the food, drinks and us (really?) and the food was not very good at all. Chicken taco must have been reheated more than once as the cilantro throughout was wilted and curled but the shrimp tacos cilantro was fresh. The pizza was very greasy. Half of the cheeseburger was too salty to eat (only half-how does that happen?). The table was slanted so one of the root beers slid off when no one was sitting there and plates had to be held so they didn't slide down as well. The staff was just okay. maybe knowing they automatically get a 20% gratuity on parties 6 and up played a part, then again, maybe not.

Stopped by for a late lunch off the boat. Pizza and wings were great. The staff was working very hard to take care of everyone. Everything was a bit pricey, but we will be back.
