I have shopped here once before with no issues, but today, I didn’t receive any customer service. Walked in and was just stared at and when other customers came in, they were greeted and spoken too. Unfortunate, because they have a nice selection, but ended up going to another boutique with better service.

MY GOD LOVE LOVE LOVE!! The shoes and clothes here are gorgeous!!! The staff will do anything to get you the right fit of shoe! I felt like a queen, and the women really uplift and encourage you throughout. We all need that. I love the whole experience. They even helped me when my zipper broke. Thanks to the staff at JAYNE. You guys have earned a spot in my moms heart as her new favorite store in lake Geneva. That’s a tough one to get!

My friends and I come up to Lake Geneva once a year from Chicago and made our annual pilgrimage to Jayne. February is a great time to shop there because of the sales. Our sales person this year was Elaine Robbins. She was truly the most cheerful, helpful and intuitive sales person I have ever dealt with. She was wonderful in being there just at the right time, with the right questions. We are so happy with our purchases this year which included shoes, winter sale items and some great new stuff for spring. Just wanted to give a warm shout out to Elaine for the extremely enjoyable shopping experience and for all her help. If all sales person were as good as her, I would probably do more in-store and less on-line shopping. Thanks again

Jayne in Lake Geneva has some classy goods--shoes, sandles, UGGs, hats, and casual wear. There is something for everyone. It's a good place to pick up items you forget to pack for your Lake Geneva getaway.Jayne carries top brands like Vionic shoes, Rayban sunglasses, etc.

I tried for hours to purchase dr martens from their own website and kept getting error messages. found the boots here (online)and i am beyond thrilled with the fast shipping and great price! Ordered Friday and they were delivered by Monday morning!!! I will be shopping here again for sure!

This store sells overpriced clothing pieces that are of poor quality. The owner will follow you around and watch your every move. He will talk to you continuously and not let you enjoy your shopping experience. He will encourage you to buy his products. I don’t think I was the first person this has happened to. I strongly believe he judged me. My behavior wasn’t indicating I was nefarious. If anything, I was dressed showing that I did have money and if you looked at the car I drove, he would have known I had money. My experience was very uncomfortable and I will never go back. It is not worth the treatment I received. I hope he sees this review so he can correct his behavior. Absolutely unacceptable.

It was a very cute, trendy store but I was very unimpressed with the fact that they charge a lot more for bigger sized clothing. I looked at a shirt that was a size medium & it was $24.00, but the same shirt in an XL was $38.00. I was repulsed by that significant price jump. Felt like a blatant form of fat shaming. I’ll be buying that item elsewhere.
