This place was absolutely DISGUSTING! The owner is rude with ANGER PROBLEMS ! Left my key in room and had to call him he came up screaming mad saying he wasn’t our 24 hr service next time I would sleep in my car and threw our stuff that was hanging on the door , sir what do you think comes with owning a hotel yes you are . Room was NASTY RUSTED OUT METAL ON WALL WALLPAPER HAD A THICK YELLOW LAYER OF SMOKE ON IT BLOOD THICK LAYERS OF DUST LOOKED LIKE IT HADNT BEEN VACUUMED IN A MONTH the hallways had huge spider and cob webs and give a old dirty basement vibe also online had a picture of a pool that was open but the pool there looks like it’s been abandoned for ten years with old dirty furniture inside IVE SEEN NICER ROOMS ON THE WEST SIDE OF CHICAGO
Safety: There were drug addicts all over conjugating inside and outside the hotel

Very old and dirty place. Owner could do better with the rates he charges. I understand owning hotel is tough . But when you have a place it sells itself .

The rooms were nothing special but they were very clean and smelled of cleaning products. The home run was the desk clerk, though. He was very personable and helpful.

If you are a contractor like me (Black Stallion Decks) in town and need a weekly or monthly rate, just to get a quick good location. Then this is the spot for you ?Owner is a nice guy, have had no issues with staff, place may be older but for the cost vs everything else it town I would consider this place a huge win for my business and am considering pre paying another full month.Walkability: 7min walk to downtown lake geneva!

Went in for a 1 night stay due to the affordable cost and was pleasantly surprised by this place.The attendant accommodated us with a room equipped with a balcony since I am a smoker and the location was quiet and comfortable. If in the area I would definitely consider staying here again.

So the front desk guy was super rude and there was no mention when I booked that the pool was drained we told them the wifi wasn't working in our room and they said we could go tothe main lobby to use it like they were doing us a favor it is a nasty hotel two people overdosed and died in there a couple years ago and I think it still smells of death I don't recommend this place there Is one down the road way better
