Never have any issues unless it is Amy the pharmacist working.I will NEVER step foot in that pharmacy again.She is very rude and inconsiderate.

Very respectful and friendly staffs! They prepare your prescription quickly and notify you via phone and app.

Prescriptions are always on time, and they are quick to work through the line of customers. The only thing I don't like is the call in service for refills.

Extremely rude pharmacy technician working Thursday December 16th, 2021 around 2:00pm. Worst attitude ever. Woman was probably in her 20's? Not a skinny girl, dark hair. Couldn't see her name. Was put out by me using the Good RX app which saved me $113. Very mean. I almost asked her if she hates her job so much why not go somewhere else? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Consistent issues with timeliness, communication, professionalism, and accessibility.(Also worth noting: Aurora Pharmacy does not honor GoodRx coupons for controlled substances - despite listings in the app that indicate otherwise.)
