Very friendly, but doesn't get what you order. Be careful to inspect all work done and purchased that it is right. 3 different times he ordered the wring arrows. Now the arrows I have won't work with my bow. Also, it took him 3 times to get the fetching right. They kept falling off

If I could give a 0 star I would. I go in there because he was the closest to the range I was headed towards, but next time I will travel the distance to go somewhere else. I go in there for 5.56x45 and he tells me that they don’t make 5.56 barrels and that my gun doesn’t have one and that he’s been building guns for years and knows a thing or two. I buy what he recommends which was PMC 223 bronze and I buy 100rds. Later I get to the range and it literally says 5.56x45 on my barrel and he gave me a box of incorrect ammo. PSP instead of FMJ. Guess he doesn’t know that they Do in fact make 5.56 barrels either?????? Would not recommend

DO NOT bring your bow to Tony. I brought it in to have the string replaced and when I picked it up, I realized he bent the barrel on my crossbow. When I confronted him about it he said he would fix it, I missed 2/3 of the hunting season after waiting 6 weeks for him to fix a problem he created. Once I picked it up the problem was still there and he would not refund my money. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Waste of time and money.

I have been going to Arrowsmith’s for years. You will not find anybody who knows more about archery hunting than Tony. A great guy who you can trust to set you up with the right gear. I just purchased a cross bow and got a great service from Tony.

Terrible service. I have waited months to get my bow fixed from something simple with no contact and every time I call I get a text that says I’ll call back soon and never calls back.

Place is bursting at the seams I would not be surprised if there was a new species of mice living there. He may know a lot about bows and hunting but At the expense of treating everyone like peasants who don't? Once he realizes you're not giving any more money he just bats an eye into another direction.

Probably the best purchase experience ive ever had in firearms. His shop is a little all over the place but the guy literally has everything, seems extremely knowledgeable, and very passionate about what he does. Highly recommend.Did I mention he was the cheapest?

TONY is an excellent man. If there’s something to know about Guns he is a definite guy to ask. He treats my son with utmost respect and answers all my sons questions. As far as I go, I’m still learning my way around certain caliber‘s guns rifles although my preference is pistols. TONY has solutions that no other stores offer. He is upfront, straightforward, and does not price gouge. I highly recommend ArrowSmith to anyone from beginner to expert. At the very least, you’ll have excellent knowledge from Tony.
