Probably the worst location ive been to. Coffee machine is constantly down or "being cleaned" in the morning. Ya know, when people want coffee. Usually pretty dirty all around. Will not be returning.

Open 24 hours. Lots of people early in the morning. Lots of truckers stop in here in the morning, and that means there’s always fresh hot food at 6am.

Nicole with the brightly colored hair should try and get a brighter personality. Wow! The coffee machine was beeping and she practically plowed me over. I heard her verbally berate the older gentleman who was checking me out! Wow!!!

I was sent a letter I didn't pay for gas and demanding I come in and pay. Well, I did pay and I went in showed my receipt. The manager, Michael (?), told me it was only in-store and she didn't notfy her corporate. Not trusing her I called corporate and they informed me they hadn't notified police. Shocking they were able to look up my payment and removed the drive off report.I learned at Kwik Trip 819 you can easily do the I prepaid on one pump and get free gas scam and have someone else be collected on.

I was just there. I got a take and bake pizza, a rice crispy chocolate bar and two energy drinks. Jane was the cashier. I had a feeling I should have said something but I thought it would be common sense to not put two somewhat heavy items ON Top of the take and bake pizza, which is obviously extremely soft sitting in the refrigerated racks. I didn't speak up and of course, she puts all my stuff on my pizza. The items could have simply been put on the bottom, with the pizza crust sitting on top of the items. Or better yet, another bag to ease up on the difficulty. Must not be in the training that Kwik Trip employees receive.Ps: Of course when I left the store, I fixed the subpar bagging myself. Who wants a crushed, flat pizza?

Open 24hrs is the only positive. Store in major need of an update. Staff typically refuses to make special order food. Hot spot always seems empty. Deals and coupons not followed. Compared to other Kwik trips staff is short and rude.
