In general the people are very helpful, but I feel like some sometimes reflect back to us what I'm sure can be a chaotic workplace at times. It's difficult to hold that back, and it's so much easier to be surly when we're having a bad day. But why be that guy? I didn't seem to know the drill that someone first takes the order and then the pharmacist comes to explain the dosage and answer questions. I noticed that the person taking my order got a little cross with me when I asked about the dosage, then told me to wait for the pharmacist. Customer service is hard, especially when we don't want to breathe deeply during the rough moments. I wish them well. I've struggled with that myself.

Cass Street Pharmacy ROCKED.There were always the same work staff, so you got to know them on a personal level and they knew you.Gunderson, well not so much. They always got new people in there that to often don't seem to know what they're doing.I've never had my prescriptions been so jumbled, up until Gunderson took the Pharmacy over..Truly miss Cass St Rx. ✌️

They are very FAST because they are organized. The drive thru window is convenient as I am not always feeling well enough to go inside.

After many years of using Walgreens as my pharmacy, I switched the GHS Cass St. Pharmacy, and let me tell you. Superior! The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered to set up my medications on an auto refill system, and they also had a 3 month supply of all my medications. I was in and out on the drive through in less than 3 minutes. Wish I would of made the switch sooner.

Nosy, humorless, suspicious. My preference is for male pharmacists, less questions. In the real wo f ld, well sometimes things get messed up. You dr P ped your pills in fhe toilet or literlly. Dropped 1 f you have never been outside the Midwest and don't know any better...its a great pharmacy! This is a 1 star state so technically this rating is average.

Nice people but....there very slowww in drive thru.i can see it gei ng gvdliw when busy.but....they are getting slower and slower thru the yesrs.

I couldn't keep track of my meds when to take them. I'm sick and need to take so many different pills and a friend told me to try the Cass Street Pharmacy. I have them to thank!! I haven't missed a dose of meds since they've taken care of me and my medical needs. You guys are a great help!
