ABRA was very easy to work with. All the employees I interacted with were very friendly and professional. I had a very minor issue for which I returned ( without an appointment) and they fixed it on the spot without question or hint of hassle. My vehicle looks great, and overall I'm very pleased.

I highly recommend ABRA. I've been here twice with my new car. Once after the dealer dinged my door, which was a covered claim and the other for a windshield replacement, which I had to coordinate through insurance. Both times the staff was incredibly knowledgeable about details of the process and were able to resolve my issues quickly. Fingers crossed that I don't need them anytime soon but I'm glad to know I have a trustworthy place to go to.

Brought my car in for hail damage sustained in the severe storms that came through on 7/13/24. ABRA gave me updates via text, phone call, and email and was thankfully able to provide me with a loaner since my car was kept overnight. Megan at the front desk also called my insurance company to complete the estimate process. Insurance companies don't make it an easy process but Megan knew exactly what to do, and insurance sent a check to me. Very pleased with the hail repair and their customer service. I will definitely be back for my future auto body needs!

Had huge tree limbs fall on top of the suburban. My Geico insurance offered two local auto body shops in town for me to choose from. I Selected ABRA based on the reviews. Was not disappointed. ABRA and Geico had everything pre-arranged for me and the entire repair bill was taken care of between Abra and Geico. I couldn't be happier. The repair turned out great. The hood was replaced, roof was fixed, repaired windshield, new wipers, new paint for hood - matches perfectly. Thanks ABRA.

Not happy at all with repairs done to my van. Abra rep called and said it was finished. When picked up only made it a mile before the splash guard underneath fell off and was dragging under vehicle. Air conditioning worked when I dropped it off but now doesn’t work. Front Bumper was replaced and after driving it a couple days clips were showing and had to be reattached. Now waiting for parts to be reordered to take it back in.

We had previously had two great experiences with Abra, but this time was horrible. We had our car in for scratches on a rear passenger side door, and they had the car for twenty days!! They somehow managed to blow the main fuse and some other fuse, which added yet another day to the process. When we finally picked it up today, the car was a mess on the inside, the paint has an orange peel look to it, and the radio didn't work. NEVER again!!

Brought my car in regarding a Ford recall.
They did a repair job on the door hinges. I received a loaner car for my time. The service was done in a timely manner! Was very pleased.
