“Seriously amazing. I was taking my kids to school and noticed a noise from my car. Realized it was a screw in my tire. I called several places only for everyone to tell me they were booked, or booking out to next week.
I called them and they immediately said to bring it on in.
I'm so thankful for them. They put a plug in it and told me the tires are going to need to be replaced soon. No sugar coating anything, adding more on...

“I learned about this business through my parents, who've been longtime customers. They really do good work with fair prices & are very trustworthy.
Last time I went in there was a slight communication error on their part that led to a reschedule that would've inconvenienced me a bit. I told them these things happen, no big deal but their manager Nick literally had me come in the next day when shop was typically closed & had his supplier get the necessary parts to get things done & have the car fixed & safe so I didn't miss a beat with my life!!! A lot of places claim they're willing to go the extra mile but this business actually will even when someone like me says aw shucks are you sure?
I rarely ever write reviews but Nick & his crew definitely deserve it!!!”

“Last January, Walsh Auto Professionals (across from Hankerson's Bakery on Hwy 33 in West Bend), not only perfectly repaired the blown head gasket on my 2004 Ford Taurus, but they also replaced the cracked antifreeze overflow tank, all 6 spark plugs, serpentine belt, windshield washer hose assembly, two tires, and gave my car a front-end alignment, all for just $2000 (whereas, a different shop next to Charcoal Grill, wanted $6000 just for the head gasket, alone....SHEESH)!
Heck, Walsh even replaced the valve stem caps on ALL four of my tires, without charging me a dime for them! WHO DOES THAT, these days???
Most places will nickel and dime you into the poor house! But Walsh takes care of you...every step of the way!! ;-)”
