I called the shop with intentions of having a repair done. The mechanic answered and was rude when answering a few questions regarding scheduling. When I politely declined continuing the conversation because of such poor customer service. I was hung up on. Customer service and professionalism go along way especially to possible long-term customers.

I brought my car to these guys and I told them it was a brake switch and the linkage to the transmission, the guy says O no I know you need a new column and other stuff so about $1,000 later we drove off the lot and got to about a mile or so had the same problems had to nurse it back to the shop and then he changed out the brake switch and sent it to a transmission shop and charged me for that too. Can you say RIPPED OFF?
