Abigail helped re-design my wedding ring and it’s absolutely stunning! She’s a true artist. I get compliments on it all the time. My old setting dug into my finger and would get caught when I took my gloves off at work. We flipped the diamond to an east/west half bezel setting. The new setting is so comfortable, it’s night and day and fits my finger perfectly. I love that it’s custom made and one of a kind. I cannot say enough amazing things about the service here.

My fiancé and I worked with Abigail to create an emerald engagement ring, and the experience was wonderful! Abigail went above and beyond to make sure the ring was exactly what we wanted, and to say we were so happy with the end product is an understatement!

To say I am blown away by the experience with Matt at Herbert’s is an understatement! From day 1, Matt helped my fiancée and I create an engagement ring with so much knowledge and kindness. Love love loved working with him! As for the ring itself- wow. I was SO blown away when I saw the final product, I cried. Absolutely gorgeous!
Do yourself a favor and skip the big box jewelers. The customization options, the affordability, the kind staff- you won’t find a better experience in all of Wisconsin. Thank you again to Matt and the whole team! ♥️

We have visited multiple times for purchases and repairs. The staff members are incredibly helpful and pleasant. They have gone out of their way to get multiple items in for us to see. They converted an heirloom pin into a pendant and it turned out beautiful. I am so thankful for this gem of a store.

Lisa and her Staff are amazing! I had bought a Tanzanite Stone somewhere and wanted it set in a Ring, they were able to pair it with some Monzonite stones and it came out Beautiful!! I also bought an Opal ring there and it is Fabulous!! I am getting ready to set a piece of Opal into another ring soon, I cant wait to see the magic that Hebert's does!!! Very Satisfied Customer, I would NEVER go to any other Jeweler!!!

Went inside to see if they had a screw for my watch back cover. The gentleman went in back , found and installed the missing screw and said on the house. I looked all over for this screw!! Thank you for the perfect experience!

Ordered a watch from Herbert’s Jewelers Square Site on 7/13/22 and paid $30 extra for 2 day shipping. On 7/15/22 I called the store to follow up on my order since I had not received any updates. Sistina (sp?) informed me that the website I ordered through was inaccessible to them and that the specific watch I had ordered was out of stock. She offered to contact her vendor or provide a refund. In the end, I requested a refund and she informed me her accountant would be in the store the next day. I never heard back from anyone so on 7/19 I sent an email to the address listed on their website asking for an update on my refund. No response. I called the store again today and spoke with Deborah, the store manager, who informed me that they are not at all associated with the Square Site and that I would have to request a refund directly with Square. She explained that Herbert’s Jewelers did not receive my money, Square did, so the funds can’t be refunded by Herbert’s Jewelers. I asked what they were doing to prevent this from happening to future customers and she just said their IT department has been informed.The one star rating is for Herbert’s Jewelers poor communication and general lack of concern for my situation. They didn’t seem to care that their store was being misrepresented by a defunct website and certainly weren’t apologetic.The purpose of this review is to warn others away from purchasing anything from the Herbert’s Jewelers Square Site. So far, requesting a refund from Square has been near impossible. It was easier just to file a dispute for the charge with my credit card company.
