I just want to say that Kristy is not old and she's very nice and I know other people's experiences are different from mine but mine was very pleasant and I would like to just have that honest opinion about my experience with her as a person and with that property has been wonderful professional all the way

My mom recently passed away and the lady at cubesmart said that I would need to pay before I could see what was in my mother’s units. So, I paid them like 300.00 to find out that she only had one picture for one storage unit. Now, they’re making me jump through more hoops. It’s seems like they’re just trying to make a bad situation worse. I will never use this business, again. This was absolutely the worst experience possible.

Never a great experience! The older lady that's always in the office is very unprofessional and rude. So, I always match her energy. We had two storage units that were getting cleaned out that I had told her about before hand. She tells me that after all the things are moved out, I would need to come back and sweep the units. After that, she would go back for a walk through to be able to get the security deposit for both units. I went back with my boyfriend to sweep the units and this lady is already there cleaning. She tells him how we left the unit filthy and disgusting that we were not getting our security deposits back.
That was not what we spoke about. We agreed that we would come back to sweep. And that's exactly what we did and she decides to disrespect us!
So, how do you not expect someone to get mad when she was unprofessional and disrespectful. Anyone would have given her the same energy in return! She then proceeded to speak negatively about me to another costumer. How's that ethical and isn't that a violation of my rights?! That was not her place to do that. I am disgusted and angry. Please don't waste your time using this place!
She was trying to make any excuse to keep our security deposits. Cube smart is overpriced, unprofessional and always had a negative experience with her!

I've always had a superior experience with this facility. Others have disappointed often, but these guys are on top of it. Any concern of mine has been handled promptly and with a favorable result.

Great storage lot on the north side. We have a large unit and love how it accessible 24/7 but behind a locked gate. Camera and security measures add a sense of relief in trusting our belongings the and was able to add them to our home owners policy. A little bit money is needed to help get this place up to give star but their prices, reliability and security are an fantastic

I have had the best experience with Bager Storage on the north side of Kenosha, WI. I have been going through a very difficult time in my life and the staff and owners have went above and beyond to work with me in my transitions.
