Just tried Jordans for the first time bought online didn’t fit so I called 800 number to do a return and they said bring it to the local Nike store. And they’ll do the return there. Store will not do it never buy a Nike again.

I googled Nike outlets near me - to do a return from another Nike outlet store. Up came Johnson creek Nike clearance store - only to drive 45 minutes to be told they are a “clearance store” - and they don’t take returns. Stupid policy and play on words Nike. Won’t stop at an outlet or a clearance store again.

The clearance store used to hold a strong position within the Nike outlets, but now there’s no distinction. Many of their shoes are priced higher than on the website with discount codes, and some items have been gathering dust for months. In the past, they offered great prices and additional discounts with a wide selection of products. It’s unfortunate that their business model has changed, which likely explains their poor sales and stock performance.
On a positive note:
You might still be able to find a few good deals in soft goods section if you willing to look through.
I've observed that the floor associates have become more friendly and helpful. Previously, few had attitude problems and were reluctant to assist.
