“Outstanding customer service and high quality finished product!My sister-in-law died unexpectedly and we wanted handkerchiefs stamped or stitched with a saying she regularly said. They were not able to get handkerchiefs, yet were very willing to stamp or print them if we purchased them elsewhere and dropped them off. This order was further complicated by there being only 4 days from the time of contact to the day of the funeral.I dropped the handkerchiefs off late Tuesday afternoon. A sample was embroidered right away so I could see what the font and thread color would look like,⁸ which was much appreciated!Much to my surprise I received a text the very next day letting me know they were all finished!I wasn't able to get there for pick up on Wednesday or Thursday. I intended to go Friday afternoon and fell asleep instead and didn't wake up until well after the shop had closed. I had several texts and a couple missed calls from the shop asking how they could help arrange pickup as they know the funeral was coming on Saturday.In the end, they went back to the shop several hours after closing time and met my daughter there. I was allowed to do a payment over the phone and then drive to Janesville last night to get them.I can't express enough appreciation for this couple and how much they went out of their way to rush my order, and to have the tenacity to continue reaching out to me well outside of their business hours to ensure I had the finished order prior to the funeral today.Thank you so much!”
