“The box with the hat was damaged when I received it, and the hat and bow was bent badly. I feel it should have been in a larger box with more bubble wrap around the hat…to protect the bow. I love the hat, but now I have to get the bow flattened…also, one side of rim.”

“Very knowledgeable staff. A favorite blowfish Marley sweet grey washed canvas shoe has changed shades of gray. Now a dark dingy looking color but labeled the same as the light clean looking gray. No longer a favorite due to that change. I love how the staff knew immediately what I was after.”

He was very knowledgeable, and took his time to help me pick out the perfect pair. I had a small problem with the size, and he helped me out with that too.
