“This bank is pretty old school, but then so am I. I've been a customer for about 15 years or so, and have always found the personnel to be helpful. I mostly use the drive-through, but occasionally need to go inside for something and I've never had a problem. They keep customers up to date with an occasional newsletter. They may not have all the latest bells and whistles, but I'm OK with that. Highly recommended.”

“My wife and I received excellent service when it was PCCU and had to get used to a few changes when it became ECU however there service has always been excellent. There was a few staff changes when ECU took over however they were just as polite and courteous as when it was PCCU. Have had home loan and car loans with them they were always helpful and either did what we asked or suggested what they would be able to do in that situation. Was at another local well known LARGE credit union who actually laughed at my wife and I when asked about a small loan. Fortunately that made us move to PCCU/ECU thank goodness or we likely would not been able to buy a house or car!”
