I bought a 2012ford explorer XLT and not a day later the struts went out and I need to get the radio fixed and that is going to be 1100.00 just to be fixed plus it's hood by the latch is rusting out it is what I call a lemon so don't buy a car from Highway 16 so buyers be aware

They are amazing friendly people to meet and purchase vehicle from. They are honest about their vehicles . Very good prices on great vehicles . I’m a single mother with a young child that needed a good working dependable vehicle. They were able to work with me and help us get into a reliable vehicle! I highly recommend this place !

I bought a truck from the back lot. amazing deal Rick gave me on it. well it started throwing codes at me as soon as I picked it up. I messed around with it for about a week and couldn't get it fixed. took it in on Friday Pete worked on it for 3 days with parts and time I figured it would be expensive. nope Rick said take it really pleasant guy to deal with and he got it done. I am very happy with them and will be buying more trucks for our business soon. thanks guys!

I bought a truck from the back lot. amazing deal Rick gave me on it. well it started throwing codes at me as soon as I picked it up. I messed around with it for about a week and couldn't get it fixed. took it in on Friday Pete worked on it for 3 days with parts and time I figured it would be expensive. nope Rick said take it really pleasant guy to deal with and he got it done. Got a flat not even a quarter of a mile away got my car there waited for them to open they went above and beyond make sure I add tire and we're extremely reasonable on the price! Thank you Claudia and Derek you guys rock!!!!!!!!

Total SCAMS! Believe the bad reviews and stay clear of these cons. I went there to possibly purchase a ATV. Sent me a pictures of one machine and tried to sell me another. The pictures ofcourse were of a nice looking machine and the one they tried to rip me off on was a piece of junk. Took me about 30 seconds to realize I wasted almost 3hrs driving there and back. No deal scams.

Bought a 2005 Ford Focus from Cliff at Highway 16 Auto Sales on February 19th 2022 for over $2400... a little over a month later and the transmission is completely trashed and now I'm out a vehicle, a vehicle that Cliff stated would be very reliable for myself along with my 1 year old child. I feel as though Cliff scammed me out of $2400 and I would avoid this place 100%. Horrible experience with an even more horrible person selling people messed up cars and pocketing the money for his own benefit. My husband tried to call and complain, Cliff basically told him "not my problem". He damn well knew he was screwing over a family for his own benefit. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM CLIFF AT HWY 16 AUTO SALES. HE IS A CON ARTIST AND WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. He also sells "cheap parts" illegally.

We bought a used car from Cliff at Highway 16 Autosales on June 2nd, 2021. After the sale we noticed some issues. First he claimed the air conditioning worked on the phone before we even saw the car. As a matter of fact said "yes" when I asked him if the air blew cold. Well it didn't. Asked if the car was in good shape. He said "yes" and it wasn't. These are the issues. Serpentine belt broke on the way home, had to get a tow. fixed it myself. Had a professional car inspection done. Almost $3200 worth of work required. Struts, rear trailing arms, tires cupping, brake rotors, one brake caliper sticking, rear shoes getting very thin, maybe drum replacement or at least resurfaced, oil leak at valve cover, and at oil pan, oil pan very rusty, CV axle boot ripped and getting low on grease, air conditioning inoperable. So I contacted Cliff and he said bring it in. They did fix the air said it was a blocked AC line but he claims there isn't an oil leak after providing multiple photographs of a clear and substantial leak or leaks. A decent sized puddle under where I was parking the car after driving it less than 6 short drives over the course of 10 days. We have pictures and he claims there's no leak. I am filing a DMV and consumer complaint against this business. Ridiculous. He sells junk and is trying to get away with our money and he will yours too. Get the car checked out top to bottom first or avoid all together is my recommendation.
