Usually great, but the hours posted for Sunday is wrong. They close at 6:00 pm. You can still get gas, but not go inside to pay. Which you have to go inside to use the coupon.

Car wash closed because of the "windchill". Really! If the temperature is 35 and the windchill is 0 water won't freeze. Apparently in their book it will.

Yesterday, I visited the FF Hudson website and they said that a particular trailer tire was in stock. Upon authorizing payment and getting an email saying they were in the process of filling the order, I then contacted their automotive department to have the two tires mounted on rims. Today I got an email saying that no, in fact they don't have those tires. When I called to talk to the manager, she said it was an inventory problem. I said it was a bigger issue than that because it was a customer inconvenience problem. For compensation, I asked for a gift voucher and although she did offer 10% off on my next order, since the store is 40 miles away, it's not a store at which I regularly shop. I feel this is a terrible way to do business to have stock listed on the website and then not fill the order. The gentleman on the automotive desk was very kind and understanding when I called to cancel. Get it together Fleet Farm, there are way too many other businesses with which to do customer satisfying business.

The first woman I spoke to at customer service seemed agitated and unfriendly. Everyone has bad days, so I'm not going to identify her by name. Though I'd hope management will show greater consideration regarding who they're putting face to face with their customers. The second person I spoke to, Emily, was a great help. I'll shop here again.

Good store. I mean F Farm always has good brands like in their grilling area that is huge and Carhart and so on. They need help on stocking for sure. Supplies were low. Fleet Farm u can never go wrong and they do have great prices on gas as well. Best prices at this store in Hudson for gas . Until the next Yelp, -Yelp Steve-O, out!

I stopped in to purchase a few items and Your Fleet Farm had everything in one stop. During my time on 10/16 there were a number of people with no mask. You have a sign at the door yet no one was mandating the mask mandate that is in place. By doing this you are putting everyone at risk. Covid 19 has no mercy and does not pick its infected. I will go to numerous stores instead of stepping into your store. I am a health care worker and see the suffering first hand.

They may as well take the "Farm" off their name and just be called Fleet. No longer a farm store, just a walmart wanna be that is failing miserably. Out of inventory on a perpetual basis. In the last 12 weeks stopping for shavings, have only had inventory 2 times. Today, Had CS check inventory, told they had 104 in stock so purchased 25, got out to the yard...NONE in stock. Unbelievable! Frustrating, inconvenience... Sad that the beloved previous Fleet Farm is dead and gone.

Was looking for a plexiglass panel for a project that I was working on, so went to the fleet and yes they had exactly what I needed! I went there on a Sunday right as they opened And made my way to the back of the store where the construction products are kept and ask him and if he had any of the panels He smiled and looked very enthusiastic and directed me to the display where they were kept; I didn't remember to get the young man's name but I recommend to anyone that needs to get anything on a Sunday to go to the farm!!

I typically like shopping Fleet Farm, but the customer service in the Hudson WI store Suuuuuucks. Despite 2 people standing, waiting for help, Dan couldn't break away from his conversation with his friend. Even after he asked both of us how he could help, he kept chatting up his friend and didn't actually help either of us. And Brian literally gave the "talk to the hand." Even though he was by himself and not helping anyone, he put up his hand and told me "no time!" All I was looking for was to be pointed in a direction. Could have helped me in 15 seconds or less. With HD and Menards 2 blocks away, guess where I DIDN'T spend my money?

Terrible service from the automotive service department. Dropped off wheels 9 days ago, after calling to make sure they have the tires available. They just called me saying that they unfortunately do not have the tires in stock and do not know when they will arrive. I have called them 3 times this past week checking on the status and received an answer that they would have the new tires mounted the next day!
