“I'm not sure why this store only has a 3.4 stars, probably because not everyone that walks in, is as lucky as me! I was very frustrated walking in, long story but Refugio C. came up and asked how he could help, im sure he could see how NOT HAPPY I was. He listened first, then totally took care of me, switched over 4 lines from AT&T he even got me 5% less on my bill then I was quoted on a chat! He seriously handled everything! Took his time even though there were others waiting, I walked out feeling like I didn't have to worry.”
