“Downtown Enterprise has been excellent for the two times needed after MVAs for longer periods. Staff was excellent each time, figuring out how to get the exact vehicle needed. Very up front with information of costs, totals, instructions for the various special electronic systems. They followed up by phone each time about satisfaction or questions. After an MVA, even when not-at-fault, arranging and getting into a different car is nerve-racking and they made it work as well as possible. Definitely recommend them. They are really busy so it;s quite a feat to juggle it all. Beware of the address, tho. The entrance is on Vel Phillips [fka 4th street betweenWisconsin and Wells, but address is listed everywhere as 310 Wisconsin. And there is lots of construction around there now [late April] so plan extra time .”
“Everything was ready on time when I arrived to pick up the vehicle and received an upgrade. The Chevy Malibu had great leg room for passengers and was a smooth ride. Emily called the next day to make sure everything was going smooth and that there were no issues. Return process was quick and efficient. Have always had a good experience renting from Enterprise.”

“The car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, Could use a car wash. Lane assist and backup camera are just a couple of features this Zipcar has to offer.At first the check engine light was on and I was on the phone with Customer Support. After some troubleshooting, which wasn't working, she tried one thing on her end and got the car started remotely! It was honestly pretty impressive.”

“Randy and zham did a great job today. My credit card from India so it ain't process the payment in their system. Both tried like 4 times to finish the payment processing. I never seen anybody tried this many times usually people do twice and say sorry. But this team tried their best of the best to fix the issue. I love all of you you guys deserve this stars. There is another lady at the counter too she is nice to other customers I witnessed it. Great asset for budget and avis. Keep up the good work. God bless you all.”
“I had gotten into a car accident and rented a car while mine was in the shop. The guys at Enterprise helped me through every step of getting my car rented through insurance, they picked me up at the auto body shop, went through everything with me and I just had to leave the car at the body auto shop and they picked it up. They kept in touch with me through everything and I would highly recommend this location.”

I went to his little car dealership for used cars, he was respectful, answered all questions (I tend to ask A LOT), and gave really good advice for my needs.
