My experience was fenominal, the employee (Quan) was very helpful over the phone and help me resolved a little problem I had with a return.He was also very pleasant to talk to when I went over to the store.He and his colleagues are awesome and friendly.It's nice to know there's still good customer service during this days.Thanks again Champs employees...

Horrible experience i ever had they charged me for a pair of shoes i never received then told me i was going to receive the refund which i didn’t because she said it canceled my in store purchase but it took the money anyways so i had to again purchase the same shoe and didn’t receive my refund and now im told it could take up to 45 days which it horrible basically they stole money from me never will i go to they store again…

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Their registers are so slow OMG I could have aged a few yrs I was there soooo long my god they really don't want you to BUY their stuff. Not to mention they gave me shoes in a box that were 2 different styles. HOW the heck that happened idk? Wont be going there unless it's an absolute last resort type a deal.

I saw these super cute joggers on my way in and thought they would look amazing with an outfit, however the store was out of my size. My hopes were down and I thought I'd just have to go without them but thanks to the amazing, kind, and helpful employees, I was able to get my size online without a problem at all! Everyone in the store is super friendly and I loved the experience even though it was short. Plus, the joggers were extremely comfortable and I received so many compliments when wearing them with my outfit!
