Had a order that was suppose to arrive 4-12-24 was told I'd have it between 1230-430 pm ( customer service said) saw ups truck he didn't stop at my place so I went to him had no package still shows package in oak creek.... ups is a big joke they go on strike a demand more pay but lazy and don't strive on customer service .. I would never ship ups or have it delivered from them if I had a choice..... was told is have it Saturday I'm not stupid ups is closed Saturday unless u are next day air bussiness

DO NOT USE UPS. Poor customer service both in store and on the phone to the point where I had to actually meet up with the UPS driver to get my package. An email was given to me stating that my package was being sent to an address that I requested because I wasn’t home. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND I WOULD NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU REALLY HAVE TO.

I had such a debacle returning a device in a reused box with "hazardous materials" printed on the side. Thank you so very much for taking the box after I explained the contents. Thank you for your help & thank you for being so nice!!!

I returned my package and it’s been 3 days and I haven’t received my money and my tracking number is saying is no longer available so idk if you guys are stealing my money or something but please please please I need it as soon as possible!! I need some explanation ASAP!

UPDATE: They refuse to issue a refund. They claim the shipment isn't eligible. They are not only incompetent liars, they are also thieves. They will steal your money.They lost my package, claimed they didn't, found it in the back, and provided no explanation. I paid extra for it to ship overnight and they never even scanned it into the system. Never apologized, never offered anything. They are completely incompetent and do not care that they are. You can see in their faces that they are clueless. I wouldn't trust them to walk across the parking lot without getting lost. The worst experience I've ever had shipping something. You're better off sending smoke signals or throwing a paper airplane into the wind and hoping it arrives. Total absolute failure of a business in every single way. They have one task and are not capable of doing it.

Convenient way to ship out packages. Great service. Not as many lines, compared to USPS. Not open all day for drop offs, so u need to make a note of their hours.
