Charge for bags on donated goods that they're charging high prices for. And then has 2 round up programs that I 100% donate to at SVDP, I even ask to round-up when they don't ask. I 100% of the time say no at goodwill. Charge for bags while I'm supporting you and your "mission." Insane. Cheap and greedy.

If I could give no stars I would have. I went to drop off a large amount of items to donate. The value was about 500 dollars. When I arrived at the drop off area the man was rude and seemed bothered about the amount of items I was donating. Then the women working inside rolled her eyes and shook her head. I will never ever donate her again!

I’ve been shopping at goodwill for 30 years and never been so poorly treated in my life at a store. The woman was so rude explaining that they are a testing store for dressing room attendants and it’s their job to watch our carts. First off there was a person just sweeping, we didn’t know she was a dressing room attendant. She told us we could have 6 items to try on. When asking she said well we are a testing store. I was simply asking a question as for 30 years I’ve never had a problem. She responded in a snarky and illmannered manner. Seriously one in the rudest people I’ve even come across in a goodwill setting.
