The self checkout registers at Festival are most annoying! It's like they're yelling at you!They do have very friendly staff to help just in case you're getting frustrated and want to smash the machine. Nice produce dept!Nice deals for New Year's!

I went to the meat dept to get some of the game day wings on Dec 18th. Robert was there to help me. I asked him how many wings come in a pound? He said about 8 wings. I asked for 2lbs of the honey bbq all flats. He repeated it back to me and said " you really want all flats?" I said "yes please." He began to pick through them and acted as if I was a bother. When he got to 8 of them he weighed them and said yup that is one pound, do you want more? I said, yes 2 lbs. He then shook his head but continued to bag them. He handed them to me and said "have a good day ma'am" I asked if I could please have another 2 lbs of the plain wings and again all flats. (Normal they ask if there is anything else I can get you) He rolled his eyes at me and aggressively bagged the rest of them. I sensed his aggression and said to him, I know it's a dirty job to have to bag my chicken wings but somebody has to do it. He laughed. I then went to the service counter for stamps and the wait was horrible. I waited more than 10 mins for help as there was an issue with the customers in front of me. One of the floor managers asked the cashier supervisor to call someone to the desk to help. That supervisor came over to help. He said do you just need stamps. I said yes. He rang them up and the transaction was over. I got home unpacked my groceries and noticed that Robert did not give me all flats in my chicken wing order. I should have checked it in the store but assumed that he gave me what I wanted. I have never had horrible customer service in any festival foods. The employees are usually all really friendly. I visit this festival at least once a week but may just go to a different one after this bad experience.

Save 30 percent and get better produce by shopping at Aldi.The service and cleanliness has definitely declined drastically.

Festival Foods is Awesome they will pay for you to get your vehicle unlocked if you lock your keys inside your vehicle. As I have several times . Thank you Festival Foods.

A very nice and clean with a wonderful deli, but their prices are a bit high compared to other stores .

It's always clean and has a fine assortment of fruits , vegetables and some items that are difficult to find elsewhere.Not usually busy so your check out time is quick. Good deli. May I suggest the packer green and yellow jello cubes.A tad pricey, but if you can afford it, probably a few healthier choices.It also has a post office located within which is really convenient and makes it a valuable resource.Green Bay is blessed to have sundry and varied voices for groceries. One of the true driving forces that make Green Bay a great place to live and raise a family.

Festival Foods is Green Bay’s best grocery store! The meat selection is top notch. Freshest and biggest selection ofProduce that I’ve seen.They also provide other helpful services, such as: plastic bag drop off, cardboard drop off, a spot to keep your dogs and your kids when you shop and more. Absolutely love Festival.

Trucker treatment here and at most Festivals is the exact reason I walked away from the industry. Try harder next time to get a Trucker in trouble for playing it safe with dunnage trailers loaded incorrectly. Multiple safety awards beneath my belt. We have strict laws to abide by, but this location simply doesn't care about our regulations. I'll gladly shop elsewhere. Have a nice day.You're welcome
