Don't purchase any item that uses FedEx to deliver. Got a door tag with a tracking number on it that says they missed me for delivery. Called to get info on the package and the lady told me the package was delivered and they would have to take 3 days to figure out where my package was. So much for overnight delivery. Good buy 79 bucks. Complete waste of money and time. Let's see how long this joke continues.

For the second time in a week the driver drove right past my well marked house to deliver a package to a neighbors house - also clearly numbered. Today it was a wine delivery which he must have signed for (no on home there) and then would not stop when I tried to flag him down and in fact sped up and I had to jump out of the one lane driveway to avoid being hit.

Terrible service, period. I hear fedex ground outsources delivery to unvetted people who deliver if they feel like it but more often, just say "attempted delivery" or "delivery refused" because they literally didn't feel like doing the work. Three days in a row, tracking showed our package out for delivery and still has not arrived. There is no one to complain to so writing a review here. I will never buy products from a company that uses fedex ground again.

Delivery didn't make it when it was supposed to. FedEx said there was weather in Madison. There is no weather in Madison besides cold. I say they're lying.

They can’t read directions the drivers are lazy and no good. You’ll put special delivery instructions on your label Nick can’t read them put it on the front porch and get it stolen

Amazing service from the staff! We had a $200,000 shipment that did not make the cutoff delivery on Friday and was sitting in three trucks waiting to go out on Monday but we needed it for a Sunday event at Lambeau. We drove to the facility and were able to meet three guys there, one there on his day off, who all worked together to help us get our packages that Sunday. Amazing staff that truly needs to be noticed for their amazing work.

I felt so bad for the customer service workers, my package was late and they had no idea where it was or where it was going to go. Package tracking is the worst and non-existent! My package came late and I had to stay home for 3 days from 8am-8pm since it was valuable, needed a signature and they didn't know where it was. I will never use FedEx on purpose again.

Horrible customer service. Driver left boxes out in rain a few feet away from covered porch. Ruined wooden items inside. No alert of any kind to say packages were delivered. No doorbell no knock. Whoever I spoke to locally was obnoxious and rude. Different day Different packages, all torn open, obviously not handled with any care.
