Scam Alert! Was charged $15 to make a money order purchase with debit. Was never told before hand of such supposed fee. Was told the total would be the money order amount $xxx.xx plus $0.50. After I paid I asked why I had been charged $15 over and I was told it was a fee charged by the company who owns the transaction devices. The amount is legal by Wisconsin law but it's unacceptable that this wasn't mentioned before hand. Feel Scammed out of my money. Will still contact City and State to make sure this was legal.

Went to renew a plate and had extremely fast service. Tellers are well informed about services and the owner was kind enough to assist. Much easier than waiting in line at the DMV. Can't recommend enough.

Dishonest as hell about their bitcoin rates. They claim to charge only 10% over spot, but the reality is anywhere from 14-19% over. Reporting them for this, and also researching who to report a fraudulent money transmitter to.
And before you say "Maybe they use a different price reference than you" nah. They claim they use coinbase which is easily accessible.

I have been getting direct deposit at this location for over 15 years!! I’m always treated with respect, the team members and manager are very friendly and personable! They all have gone out of their way to help me when I request something! I’d recommend this location and have to friends and family!!

I had no issues coming here with my fiance to cash 2 separate checks from the state. They were friendly and tried there best for us to make things work. The guy there was super nice and understanding of our situation too. Thank you checks 2 cash!

i would never put a star but had to in order to write this review. this guy "the owner" is a con artist! when i went in there he made me feel comfortable like he was there to help me. he cashed my tax refund for me said he was waiving all the fees. which i was like dang ok awesome! well come find out he charged me $475.00 when i called and confronted him he said he told me he gave me a deal cause usually its 525.00 to cash a tax check nd that he told me that. he never did! i would of never ever cashed it! i have a bank account i would of got all my money! he told me no they would of took something too! false! i told him dont you tell people how much its going to cost? i said everywhere i go if its walmart or some place they say its going to cost this much would you like to continue with your transactions? then he proceeded to tell me what kind of business you think im running here! at least you still have a lot of money! i said thats none of your business and thats besides the point! you need to tell people how much its costing! not say your waiving the fees! he said we are no comparison to walmart.! clearly cause obviously walmart would of at least told you and you decide if you would like to continue or not! when i asked if i could talk to someone above him he went back to saying what he was saying to me in the beginning. he never gave me someone else to talk to or answered that question! he simply brushed me off and said its cashed nd nothing more i can do nd hung up on me! i get they have to make their money but over 500$ nd not say anything to you nd brush that off nd say he waived my fees! its very unprofessional! be aware he scams people and rips them off! i can only imagine what he does to people who dont speak english. sorry probably not the best words but my mind is not in right spot right now sorry! he also never counted my money back to me had a machine do it for him! i would go anywhere else but here! your warned!

Stopped in to renew my plates and cash my check. There was a line which went quick. I was in and out in 5 -7 minutes. The charge to cash my check was reasonable.
