I walked into the store
.. and maybe there were three people in the whole store.
Not one person greeted me... I walked around for about 30 minutes and still nobody approach me. I looked around for some assistance.. sadly nobody seemed to care

Employees were sitting on their phones and we had to wander around to find someone who was willing to help us. Then it took over 30 minutes for pickup. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Making your building pretty won't make up for the horrible customer service and zero processes or systems in place to efficiently buy furniture. Go somewhere else.

The salesman, Travis was great to work with over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and savvy with the chairs that were being listed on the website. Furniture Row’s service of putting the chairs together for $3 per chair is awesome. It’s nice to see a company that doesn’t gouge the customer for that service. Plus the $99 one time service fee that protects the chairs for five years is a great service as well.I ordered 6 chairs and $99 total is so worth it if someone should happen to spill on the fabric and we can’t get it out. All in all, just a great experience!

Looking to get a new bed and a foundation mattress. I was unable to get to the store in person, so I opted to text the store. Joe answered my text and purchase very quickly and professionally. In a very short time, I had ordered the bed I wanted. Joe was so personable and helpful!
