This store is just amazing! If ever there was a class on what customer service should look like, this store should be the example. I was searching Google for batteries for my golf cart and this store came up. I started a live chat online before realizing it was 6:30 and the store was closed. Less than 20 minutes later I get a reply! Really? You can’t get a business to do that when they’re open. Tells me he will have what I want the next day and even shoots me a very competitive price…all while the store is closed! Now this morning I sent a text to make sure they came in before driving up there and I got an immediate response and they don’t open for another hour!! This business has got this Amazon thing figured out….beat them head on! Outstanding customer service!
