Dumpster fire of a gas station. Avoid this place, especially if you need to buy or exchange propane. Not that they don't have any, just always have an excuse not to go outside to open the cage to complete your purchase.

If I could not give a star I would. I’ve been coming here for over 20 plus yrs. Today I go in manager knows me I’m in my 50s, new employee I ask for my cigarettes n girl says can I see ID? I’m like for real? Manager says it’s a compliment. I’m like NO it’s not! Manager says we are in training n card anyone buying cigarettes I’m like well I won’t patronize your store again and if your training her to card people then you are a hypocrite because NO ONE has EVER CARDED ME not even YOU the MANAGER! Please be warned go elsewhere plus the gas prices are always higher too. Won’t return! Store needs to go n manager too. Going to loose a lot of customers

If you're looking to start your morning I suggest going elsewhere.The guy in the morning is just crabby. Not sure what happened to the one that used to be there in the mornings he was always fun to start your day with but the one there now forget about it.

been a resident of Franklin over 35 plus yrs. been coming here decades today though manager there n new employee I ask for my cigarettes new girl say can I see your ID? I'm like 4real! manager says it's a compliment I'm like no it's not. manager stated we card everyone buying cigarettes I'm like really? your a hypocrite because I've never been carded here once and never by you the manager! I will not patronize this speedway again plus gas is always higher then other stations. be warned. please go elsewhere n get rid of the manager who is a liar too!

I want to use my gas buddy card cuz according to GasBuddy they accept it there so I try to get the discount and it says on the screen to go inside the customer service so I go inside the customer service and they tell me they don't use the gasbuddy card there that they've never seen one so I was not able to get the discount even after I activated it.

If your looking to stop here to start your day, look elsewhere. It seems they never have supplies, (bags for doughnuts, bags or trays for hotdogs and tornados, etc) they NEVER have sandwiches available, feels once in a blue moon,(although there is ONE guy that if I see him I know it’s a good day because I know sandwiches are made and he ALWAYS is in a good mood). understaffed day and night so you might catch yourself waiting outside due to the doors being locked because only one person is there and had to use the restroom. I am normally not one to take time out of my day to write a review unless the business has failed me time and time again or has gone above and beyond. I work three jobs so to have a place this close WOULD have been a blessing but it seems my day starts horrible at speedway. I will just have to start going to kwik trip because they NEVER have any issues besides not giving me the same excitement and smiles as the people in front of me which MIGHT be because of my skin color because otherwise I’m a very nice person, but I’d rather deal with that then go to my local speedway. Wish I didn’t have to write this but I’ve had my morning ruined too many times by this store. To the guy that has longer hair and always wears a hat, keep that attitude and work ethic bro, too bad it’s being wasted here.
