“Big shout out to the staff at this hotel. Super helpful, incredibly welcoming and extremely focused on customer satisfaction. I've had to travel quite a lot lately and stay here often. They make me feel at home! When I arrive they greet me by name and remember our last conversations. I was a little out of my depth with their winter weather and everyone was so helpful with tips and what not to do.... Be sure to say hi to Carol Misurek. She is the sweetest, most caring human. She went above and beyond the other day when she realized I hadn't checked in. She emailed and called me to be sure I was okay. Who does that these days? Well Carol does! I so appreciated that someone noticed I could be missed. As a woman who travels for work I found this so refreshing. Anyone looking for a place to stay when in New Berlin, WI, You can't go wrong with this choice.”

“As a titanium member, I say a lot if marriot properties and I've almost turned down this thinking it was under the same owner ship as the one in north Milwaukee but, as I'm must sayit not this is a very enjoyable experience. The hotel from last night was just not welcoming i ask the woman at the front desk did i wake her andvshebwent crazy but its clear i did wake her up from night sleep never again will i stay at that location at this location The room is nice, warm and welcoming and a host front desk AVA just went out of her way to help me and other guests you can tell when people love there job she acknowledges people as a human not just money for the hotel. Ava once again, I appreciate you, and thank you for being back great person .”

“I love the outdoor patio and the gym is better than many hotels in this category.
The bar is nice but it never seems to be open.
Breakfast is simple.
Overall I really love the location and the rooms very much.
Rooms: The rooms are so spacious and clean. The closets are huge and have actual hangers!”

“I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milwaukee Airport, an IHG Hotel, and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was wonderful. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the airport, which made my travel plans much easier.Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start the day. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, and the food was fresh and tasty.Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milwaukee Airport was excellent. The outstanding service at the front desk, combined with the comfortable accommodations and convenient location, made for a very pleasant stay. “We have been here two years in a row now and this has become a summer favorite for us! We feel very safe, everything is usually very clean. We have stayed in cabins each time and they were clean and comfortable. The beach is amazing, the pools are fun, we also enjoyed playing putt putt. Our favorite part is the water obstacle course and the beach, as we spend most of our time there. We bring food and eat at our cabin for every meal, except one, we pick a beach day and eat there. The pizza is our favorite at the beach restaurant!”

“If you're going to watch the brewers play or go to a show there, this would be the closest place to stay. Only .5 miles. You can definitely walk it. We took uber there cost us $20 30 minutes after the event had started you'll pay about 30 each way. Rooms were clean. Nothing fancy free breakfast is there if you want it. Staff was very nice. McDonald's and starbucks next door. Downtown only takes 10 to 15 minutes to get to.”

“Everything was very clean and refreshed when we checked in, and the guy at the counter was amiable and chill. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub with other guests and it was quiet, everything was in service. We had a tub which I appreciate after combing through lots of hotels in the area that only had showers (it is one of our must-haves!) You can hear the airport, but hey it's the big city. And it's nestled a few blocks away from big traffic, so the noise isn't right at your door. Will come back again when visiting MKE :)Rooms: It is nice to have a tabletop TV. My partner has poor eyesight and can't really see the smaller wall mounted TVs that hotels typically have. Everything is pretty standard for a hotel In this price range which is comforting and no surprises.”

“It's now the Travelodge and the restaurant/bar/hall is now Mai'sRooms: Very big with super comfy bedsNearby activities: Immediately off of the freeway so it is accessible to anywhere in the city.Safety: They have a security guard as well as plenty of cameras.Walkability: There's a restaurant and bar/hall connected to the place so you don't have to go anywhere for food or drinks. There's also a Quick Pantry and a liquor store about a block away.Food & drinks: The restaurant has great food at reasonable prices, great wait staff as well. The bar is connected to the hotel so you save money on Uber, it also has free pool and free music.Noteworthy details: Always clean and compared to other similar priced places Way better. Even has private balconies.”
“Great service for early and late airport arrivals. The shuttle was there in no time. Car was safe for our week long trip and the breakfast is actually awesome. Rooms are clean. Nothing super fancy but great for an airport ”

“Relatively large, with all sorts of conference space and an on-site restaurant. Clean and quiet. There's a bit of construction so take care while entering. Friendly staff. Can also be a little tight in parking but not terrible.
Rooms: Decently sized and appointed rooms. Clean and comfortable.
Nearby activities: Lots of shopping and food right next door if you want it.”

“Good experience overall if you are itching for some gambling action in the city of Milwaukee. With the addition of sports betting and poker to make a return there is something for everyone's gambling preference. There are several options for food on premise and plenty of other food options in the area. Close to public transportation for out of townees. Would recommend pairing a weekend when there is some live entertainment in town at the many venues, Riverside Theater and Fiserv Forum to name a few. Good luck”

“Had a late check-in and only stayed one night, but when I called to check the shuttle service was still running due to my late flight, they were very friendly and advised the service ran till 1am. The drive was so lovely.
The check-in was easy and friendly.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, albeit a little outdated. The carpet down the hallways definitely needs replacing, but the whole venue, including the pool area, was clean and inviting. No noise issues, and I slept like a baby after 30 hours of travel.
The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety from cereals, French toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage and eggs, and a toasting station. The only thing I found a little off putting was the paper plates and plastic cutlery. But overall, it was a great stay.”

“Some of the rooms are actually good and everything works as it should be.Then you have rooms that have a phone with no insides, Gross moldy lifting up floorboards, holes in the wall, HVAC units that look like they have been through hell and back multiple times, and rooms where half the outlets don’t work.But I can bring my dog for no additional charge which kind of makes up for all the not so great things I mentioned.”

“I was in town for work, stayed here for 10 days. Room was great lots of space. Various restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was always hot and fresh. Tammy was outstanding in the mornings. She also did the socials at night. She’s very friendly. I had an issue in my room with the sprinkler leaking, I reported it to Porscha and she immediately found me another room with no hesitation. Highly recommend this hotel.”
