Brought my 13.5 year boston terrier there for a routine new client appointment. Vet said he had an ear infection. Shocking because he never had one in his life. She prescribed ANIMAX ear medicine in both ears. Within 5 days he became 100% DEAF! Had to google to find out that ANIMAX IS KNOWN TO CAUSE DEAFNESS! Then why prescribe it? His hearing has not returned and with only being able to see out of one eye (due to cataract) his quality of life has been significantly altered. Left messages for the vet to call me and she never returned my calls. I do not recommend trusting them with your loved ones.

Expensive, Expensive I came in because it was close to home. The staff is really nice and polite but I haven't met any Animal lovers that are not. A regular check up, that lasted less than 15 minutes will run you from $60.00 to $80.00 without any vaccines or meds. My old vet did not charge the half of that. Inside it is very clean and I didn't get a feeling like I was pressured about anything. I would go back if the prices were little more reasonable.

I am shocked at my bill every time I have brought my pet here. The staff is great, but the service and cost of meds has been a bit ridiculous.

By far the most helpful, understanding, and caring staff I have com into contact with since owning my dog. Sheryl especially (who we have worked with for most of this) has gone above and beyond to be helpful and patient with us. I couldn't be more calm and trusting in a staff. Thumbs up guys!

My dog cassidy loves spending the day at camp and she is treated like a queen.
