Replacement of my fuel pump in January, 2024 by an Eau Claire shop failed in March, 2024, so Fountain City Ford was the closest warranty "member" and took care of the issue.

They failed to tighten a break caliper bolt on my car after replacing my breaks. This left me stranded in the middle of a intersection after the bolt fell out. I give them four stars because they admitted the wrong doing and mistakes happen. Not a lot of garages would admit that. GREATLY appreciated and it says a lot about how they do business. Just glad nobody got hurt. A fifth star would have been awarded had they offered to tow the car and fix it themselves. Unfortunately I had to fix it, but they paid for the bolt. Maybe a free oil change for my trouble? 😊
