I have been using Olson's for over 3 years and have had nothing but top notch service. Since I use a riding mower I love that they will come and pick it up and return it as part of their service. Everything they have worked on for me runs like new. It's great to have such a nice group to work with and who do what they promise. Can't say enough about them!

He is a nice guy, but after spending over $400, my riding mower was not fixed. He did clean it up very well, serviced it, installed a new battery (which, now I'm not so sure it actually needed) as well as put a new stator and magnets in it, but he's difficult to get in touch with and does not deliver on agreed upon deadlines. This wouldn't be an issue if he called and said that he wasn't going to be able to meet said deadline. I was very patient with the broken promises to pick up, work on and deliver the mower. After calling to let him know that he had not fixed the machine, he claimed he would pick it up later that week and take another look. Never showed up and never called. When I called him, there was no answer. I left him a voicemail and never heard back. I guess I am out the money I paid him and still have to track down another repair shop. I would not use this guy.

Had 2 week wait and they said they were picking up my snow blower December 8th in the morning. It's Dec 22....snow is on it's way. Haven't returned any calls.
