I needed to get a belt for my dryer. I brought the belt along but didn't have the model number of my dryer. The service staff went above and beyond to find me the correct belt. Thank you so much! My dryer is running again

We needed a refrigerator for our cottage and we're tight on space. This Silica has a huge selection and most items were available without special order. Brian, our salesman, was knowledgeable but not pushy. He guided us to a perfect choice, found the reefer we needed would fit and could be delivered in days (not months) so we purchased. Delivery day came and the two guys were efficient, careful and friendly. Wow! A major purchase with no problems or delays! Silica, can't thank you enough.

We were having issues with our refrigerator we purchased in 2015. Our problem was not resolved the first time so another very nice young man came out to look at it again with no new service charge. He took care of the problem confidently and was very polite, and friendly. I applaud the service department for finding some of the nicest repair people I have had in my home! We initially purchased a replacement element for our dryer from Silica and then returned to the parts store to purchase a fuse. While picking up the second part, Pat asked us to describe what was going on with the dryer. He was able to diagnose what might be going wrong. He took the time to print out a diagram of our dryer and even show us on a screen the area that wasn’t connecting correctly. We came home, changed out the pieces, and our dryer runs and dries better than it has for quite a long time! I can confidently say that customer service like this is rare in this day and age, and we are extremely grateful that Pat took the interest and time to help us repair our dryer. It was a blessing to our family, and we would gladly buy appliances from Silica again in the future.

5 year old lg refrigerator had compressor break down under warranty for compressor not for cost to install quote to install was 1300.00 which I thought was robbery so I had no choice but to purchase new one since that time I have found out average cost should have been 300 to 600

Appointment for service made very quickly. Colin and Brandon called to inform me of the exact arrival time.An easy to follow explanation of our refrigerator issue was given. A prompt follow up call to schedule a pick up and loaner was much appreciated. I will recommend this company highly!
