Dylan’s customer service was excellent. He took the time to get know us and explained the choices he felt were best suited for our needs.. I am not a buy on the spot individual. I went home and did some research. I was very pleased being able to confirm the information supplied by Dylan. When we returned the next Day to make our purchase, we were in and out quickly and surprised by the efficiency of the service received. Thank you Dylan for going above and beyond.

I felt we received a very fair deal on a high quality Serta mattress. I'm a bigger guy and need a mattress that can support me. The Serta mattress with the Euro top was firm enough but soft enough for me being a side sleeper. The price was very good and they included a free powerized base unit to place the mattress on. I am more than pleased. Dylan our sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Rep was very polite. Socially awkward… yes. However, you can’t afford to pay someone 100k a year to sell mattresses. That’s the pickle isn’t it? Either way, I have no complaints.
