I bought a fridge from here yesterday. The ladies there were so nice and we talked and laughed for a little while. They went out of there way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and really just happy in general. I forgot the other ladies name and I wish I could remember cause she was amazing I do know she said she's only been there a short time, but she's super good with customer service. The other lady there named Megan was also amazing, and spectacular with her customer service. I will definetly be back as they told me about a sale they have going on. And I can definitely use some new things in my house. Thank you ladies for rocking it yesterday. Super awesome employees.

Was wrongfully fired & the ceo just said “oh well”. They don’t care about their employees or customers. Stay far away, do not rent with them. You’ll regret it.

There’s been a huge decline in customer service since Alexi stopped managing this location… it’s disappointing. Renting to own is largely a scam, but good leadership and quality customer service make it a useful option. If you want be treated like a nuisance or a faceless number, just go buy furniture outright from a department store for half the price.

Don't like how things are being done, never had any problems paying on a certain date, prior to the new management. I cannot wait till I'm no longer a customer. Never had any issues for the two years as we paid all our old furniture off.I highly recommend going to Walmart or Menards for business.

Horrible customer service, rude employees, never got a call that my delivery was late, wrong item delivered. Refund refused. Only nice people were the delivery guys. Will never go back and will never recommend.

The salesperson was very helpful. They didn't have the type of washer i was looking for so the manager call one of the other stores and did find what I was looking for! I am very please! Thank you for all your help! I can't wait to get and try it out! Cathy

I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The manager is nice and has helped me resolve a lot of issues but good luck if you have to speak to someone through corporate. I will never go to them again for anything else in the future.
