Pros :The App is pretty fantastic and easy to use, the overdraft fees have been upgraded and 0 problems depositing money at the ATM. Cons : lack of drive up ATM, very unsecured walk up ATM (other people literally enter and stand directly behind you while using) and the customer service is usually bad. If you can use an app and go at certain times to walk up, it’s fantastic and easy. Only use this bank due to proximity. Otherwise I’d bank elsewhere

I have been a local business for 30 years. I recently decided to join Chase. This was one of the top 5 worst business mistakes I have ever made. Run away as fast as you can!!

My wife and I came in trying to change her last name. Our marriage license is in Texas so we ordered a digital certified copy from the district attorney. The bank manager laughed at the document and said he could forge the district attorney signature at home on his computer. Absolute horrible service. I will not be coming to this bank again.

I opened a checking account and applied for a credit card and was given bonuses for doing both and I was given a great credit limit, my banker Theresa Leisses made the process quick and easy and was very nice

Branch needs to update facility; no drive thru atm function. The walk up feature is not secure. Never mind it currently is not working; no note on machine. Fortunately, I was able to stop at bank during “normal “ work hours today.

Britany Petrack-Retzlaff the Relationship Banker helped my husband and I open up a Business Account. She is very wonderful, we had a good conversations, she was direct and explained what was the best option and which way to go!! I'm so happy we went through her I would recommend her to anyone who has any questions about opening up a business..she is the To Go Person!! Thanks Chase Bank!!

We walked in having to get my fiancé’s paperwork notarized, and the gentleman was willing to help us and was very polite, and he asked his coworkers if they could notarize and they looked at us and told us that they don’t have time. When we walked in, all the workers were just talking to eachother not doing anything. I then tried to cash in my daughters piggy bank and the one lady very rudely said that they don’t have a coin machine. I have never been to a single bank that doesn’t have a coin machine. I did go through chase, but not anymore.

They are so helpful kind and caring. I ordered something for $90 and what I got wasn't even close to what I ordered.They lady I talked to told me it was from China and te return label said NewYork. Long story short they filed a grievance and sent them an email. They are reimbursing me my money. THANK YOU CHASE BANK

Apparently nobody here likes to answer the phone. We’ve also tried to deposit checks into the account and three weeks later, the money is still not in. I have no idea what else to do as I’ve been given the run around from everyone, including the branch manager. I’m promised daily the check will go in and then it doesn’t. It’s absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with.

Very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone at this location therefore you cannot set an appointment for services when needed. Highly recommend the other local banks (BMO and National bank)which I have never encountered these type of problems. Was a customer of Chase for 35 years and used them because they have more branches while traveling but just not worth the headaches.

I have been trying for a week now to get someone to answer my phone call, we’ve banked with chase for a lot of years, my husband has a huge amount of money in that bank, and he’s ready to pull it all out, if someone doesn’t answer their phone, all we need is to make an appointment., for some business we need to take care of.
