The storage units were fine but I moved out 3 weeks ago and keep getting late notices. Now they are sending automatic emails threatening to send my balance to collections and adding late fees. When I call they tell me to ignore the notices, I am only getting them because nobody has gone to check the unit. They are NOT local, this is a corporation with a remote phone line and locations all over the country which clearly are not being employed. I don't know what to do but these notices are making me very anxious and I wish they would just leave me alone.

Kurt is the best communicator. His turnaround times for emails is so fast. I got this storage unit setup in no time. Things changed unexpectedly during COVID and my 2-3 month absence from Wisconsin became 13! When I finally made it back to the state, I was anxious to see what the weather may have done to my things. I was delighted to see everything still in good condition! Didn't have any trouble ending my lease either.

The owner was very responsive when we were looking to store 3 motorcycles at the last minute in November. The units are well maintained and all was well when we went to get them out of storage. I highly recommend!
