The lady boy at the front desk was very hoity-toity and reluctant to serve customers. A pretty funky experience, I’ll say! My uncle got my auntie pregnant there ?
I will say though, Only a few shootouts here this year. Keep up the great work.

I am very grateful to have found Pooh Bear. We had some very bad experiences with in-home daycares during my daughter's first year. Now she has been at Pooh Bear from age 1-5 and she has been so happy. The facility itself isn't anything fancy, but every person who works there is so nice. My daughter has absolutely loved all of her teachers throughout the years, and for me that is the most important thing.

I cannot say enough positive things about Pooh Bear and the staff. Sheena, the director, is responsive, professional, and so easy to work with. She interacts with the kids when she’s in the hallways or covering a room in a way that you can tell she genuinely cares for all of the kiddos. All of the teachers we’ve worked with are wonderful. They are kind but firm with the kiddos, establishing routines and teaching the kiddos age appropriate curriculum. The neighborhood is great - lots of walking paths and in a very safe neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend Pooh Bear to anyone looking for childcare!

Great teacher while my daughter was there, but it felt very disorganized and we barely got any information via the app they used to inform us of daily activities, sleep, food intake, and potty times.

Pooh Bear has a awesome preschool and Spanish program partnership with the Verona school district. Would recommend pooh bear childcare, all classrooms learn though outdoor exploration and hands on play based activities. The owners, director and assistant director have always been relatable, professional, responsive and well organized.Classrooms and toys are sanitized daily, teachers provide good quality care for children to learn and grow. They have a nice summer school age adventure program. Pooh Bear childcare and preschool has a Facebook it’s a great place to check out so many great activity ideas!

Pooh Bear childcare and preschool is a wonderful place and the staff members always come up with creative activities for the kiddos. The new director and assistant director are professional, responsive and respectful. I am so proud to be apart of the Pooh Bear family!

My children have been going to this daycare for over 10+ years. They are a very friendly and helpful staff and my kids all love going there. I recommend them to anyone in need of childcare....

I had all three of my children attend this pooh bear and I have had nothing but great experiences. All of my children really enjoyed their years at pooh bear, everyone has always been friendly and professional. My oldest child started pooh bear when she was two, now is fourteen in high school and she still has good memories of teachers and friend's she made there. My son came as an infant untill kindergarten and I curently have a three year old enrolled which also started as an infant. We truly love this pooh bear and I would definitely recommend.

The staff here does an amazing job at working with children to make sure they are safe, happy, and cared for. They also have some pretty neat activities to keep your kids busy. The center is very clean and well maintained.

I could quite possibly just had a negative experience with this center but considering it is childcare I feel all view points should be shared. I switched my daughter to this daycare because I felt the center she was at was more of a "family style" setting rather than an "educational" learning enovironment. First impression was awsome! After two weeks of being there I have withdrawn my daughter. She had a soiled diaper at pick up 5 out of the 12 days she has attended. Customer service was horrible. No one ever checked in with me to ask how the transition has been goin etc. Her classroom teacher ignored me at her drop off( my daughter was still having a hard time with drop offs) when I made personal attempts to calm her. I mentioned to the director that the end of the month would be her last day and she seemed to careless. Never ask why, was there a problem etc. Once I put the information in writing along with additional detail in my less than pleasant experience she attempted to speak with me at a pick up. Horrible demeanor. Very defensive and snotty. Rolled her eyes several times during our 2 minuet conversation which l chose to terminate because there was such a lack of empathy.

Love pooh bear at the Fitchburg location. My daughter has been going since she was 15 months old. The teachers are super and the administration knows their stuff. I always feel welcomed. Most of their teachers have been there for a long time and their kiddos love them! I also like their philosophy of lots of outdoor time.

I've had both my children at this center. The organization and staff is very consistent. The teachers are all friendly and willing to accommodate special requests. They are also helpful when dealing with special situations or behavioral issues. All classes do a lot of learning and free-play, and rarely watch TV. I feel my children are well cared for at Pooh Bear.
