Not my favorite KT. Service is good but the layout of this store is not. It’s small and gets crowded really easily and I’ve noticed this location doesn’t have as many items as some of the other stores

The staff was nice well most of them. The cashier was nice when I asked one of the lady staff where is the lids she gave me attitude. But overall I had a good experience.

Pumps turned off when the store is closed, it seems. Never been to a gas station that does that.

Placing a pick up order I highly not recommend. They didn’t have my order ready when pick up time was. Staff was just standing around. I had to wait additional 10 minutes for the items I ordered. And they forgot items on my order. Please fix this I would hate to take my business elsewhere

Didn't even have closing time listed on the front window. Nobody cares if you open at 5am if you close before midnight (and don't even have a time listed) Pumps closed off even though they are prepay? Oof. Doesn't feel like a Kwik Trip.

This is my favorite KT in the area. It’s always clean, has a wide hot spot selection, and despite corporate keeping them juuust understaffed and underpaid enough to make work painful but doable, the employees keep their chins up and smiles on their faces! They stay well stocked and always jump to help me with any problems. Five stars for the little guy in a working world where the “competitive” starting wage is STILL about $10/hr less than what the minimum should be if it had kept up with inflation.

I wouldn’t normally waste my time giving a bad review however. when the employee is extremely rude I feel compelled to. There were sunglasses priced at $0.01 when I politely asked her if she would honor the price. She rudely said no I’m not selling anything for a penny clearly that’s a mistake. I said OK and took a picture of the price tag. To me it was done then she rudely starts spelling out her name for me. I didn’t ask her, her name I didn’t say anything. I just spent over $100 on other stuff. I was extremely tempted to just walk away and let her put it all away. N I C O L E Nicole is the reason I will not be going back.

Why the One-Star --> Store Lead, "Greg", told me when I called in to ask a question, "THIS IS A 100% SCAM" and HUNG. UP. THE PHONE!!Well, "GREG", before I come to discuss 1000 ways you could've handled that differently, I'm going to share the reason with all of Google-land why I called you to begin with...The back story is, I had an employee that was out of gas, and didn't have money until payday, but was able to make it to this Kwik Trip. I just needed to get him money or gas, so he could get home. I wasn't able to physically drive across town for a few hours, so I started thinking....I went online, and bought a digital visa gift card, but my guy was told, "No, We Cant Take That" because they needed a barcode or physical card. Fine. I didn't realize that when I bought it, because I specifically bought it to use "anywhere visa is accepted" but whatever. I know not all things are compatible when it comes to sales systems, so fine. I get it. Thinking about the next option...So, without spending more time than I already have on a $10 in f'ing gas, I thought, Just call KT. They prolly know if there's an easy way to do this - this is 2021. We just went thru this massive upswing in having food bought to our doorstep with the push of a button in faster time than light travels...I'm SURE Kwiktrip has a way to make something come together. Just Call Them..."Greg, Greg, Greg....what a bonehead.I got him on the phone and started from the top -Employee was in the parking lot...I was trying to get him gas or money...can I go online, pay by phone, what are my options,...??His first response was that I'm a scammer?? HUH?Wait..what?? The hang up was the point of boiling over...LISTEN KAREN, if I was trying to scam YOU, I wouldn't be giving you MY card number for $10 in gas, with a person waving at the gas pump, thats been there for almost an hour, and local information easily verified because I'm CALLING FROM A LOCAL BUSINESS.I get the whole "not over the phone, etc, but I've GOT. A. BUSINESS.Businesses Invoice and have accounts -- tell me to sign up for an account and invoice me! Duhhhh. Any other approach would've been better... ANY other way..Seriously, Karen. Do better.
