Other review sites have wonderful reviews about this florist, which is why I chose them! I just got off the phone with Evansville Blooms and they explained some options because they did not have a specific plant and basket in the picture. What she offered was EVEN BETTER than the FTD picture. I’m very pleased and comforted by her extra care of the sympathy arrangement I purchased.One more thing I’d like to note for some negative reviews posted:Some friendly education about FTD: florists across the country cannot possibly be expected to have every detail matching the FTD website. It’s just a reference. If you have very specific needs, perhaps you should personally contact the florist. Communication is also part your responsibility in a transaction. Kindness goes a long way.

One of the worse florist! I order online with fda flowers and they delivered half the bouquet and just used excuses not even the colors or case in the pictures! Only refunded me $8 back and decided they wanted to charge more for delivery and less arrangement than what website said

Poor quality. I was disappointed with the bouquet and even more disappointed when the shop did not return my communication in regards to the quality issue. I would not shop here again.
