I like this place the men are very helpful and the selection is nice. Only reason why it a 3 is the older women at the register. She wont move from her seat or help at all. Demand everything be put on the counter to register 1 item at a time even if it the same product slowing everything down. Then she watches you put everything into a box and load your cart. If you order more than 1 item she comments "getting a lot of that."

We’ve been coming to Otto’s since we came to Brookfield last year. Such rudeness last night, we will not shop here again. I’ve never given anything less than 5 star reviews but this one star is deserved.

Super close to the Sheraton which made trips for beer very convenient. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I absolutely have to give this gentleman Owen Schultz and Otto's a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review!! I called Otto's earlier in the week looking for a particular Rum. Owen informed me that they did not have this particular rum at the store... Sounding discouraged, I thanked him for his time and right before I go to hang up Owen asks if he'd like me to call a few other locations to check if that had it... Although I did not have confidence in this, I said sure. (What will it hurt?) Well - to my surprise the next day Owen calls with great news telling me he found the Rum and told me it would be at the store on Thursday. Man - could I kiss him! I so much appreciated Owen going the extra mile❤️. I'm not sure if Owen understood how excited and happy I was as I was looking everywhere for this Rum. Thank you so much Owen! I really appreciate you.

Nice store, clean and organized. Great selection of wine and spirits. Largest ice cubes I've seen sold by the bag.

Good prices. But on Christmas Eve I was buying a few cases of drinks and they could see I was struggling to get the cart out the door actually struggling and even though there were four people working they all looked at me and no one offered to hold the door for me, no one. I thought it was pretty rude since I was struggling and a customer actually helped me. He actually stopped shopping and came over and opened the door for me. All I'm saying is if there are four people that have time and are just talking one of them could have opened the door I thought it was really rude.
