This place is terrible, I had an n14 rebuilt by them 5 years ago, I've spent close to 10k in 5 years fixing leaks, these ignorant monkeys used silicone everywhere, they were too cheap to replace gaskets, prongs. Stay away. Terrible shop ?

Hello. I bought a Remanned Cummins N14 Celect Plus from this shop February 23rd, 2022. I had the motor installed March 10th by a local shop. Was told the engine was put through a test run to make sure it ran before it showed up to me. Once we installed said engine, could not get it to start. Turned out, the fuel pump wasn’t even close to good enough psi wise to start the engine. The part number on the fuel pump wasn’t even a Cummins part number. Swapped the fuel pump with the one I had on the engine I ended up sending them and the engine started right away. Engine was fine at first, then shortly after first break in oil change at 5,000 miles, the motor started to have a flutter. Bad enough it almost would shut the motor down. I took it to my local Truck Center Companies shop, come to find out a pig tail near one of the injectors was causing the problem. It was fixed at my expense along with replacing the new water pump that came with this engine. That was completed May 10th. Not even 3 weeks later, I’m cruising down the road and the motor breaks. Upon inspection, there is now a hole in the block at approximately 17,000 miles. And I’m being told I have to pull the motor and send it to them then I MIGHT get warranty on it. Even though an April 28th shows the ecm download with no codes, they have that, repair orders, pics of the speedometer for miles and the current ecm download showing the codes it’s showing now. This is absolutely crazy!!

Buyer beware!! Purchased a rebuilt Cat 3406E from these people Nov of 2020. Initial cost installed $59,000. End of December towed to their shop with blown head gasket.Truck down for 2 weeks bill for $2900 not covered under warranty. Middle of February another blown head gasket. There for another two weeks and another $3400 bill not covered under warranty. First of June had engine miss & our local shop diagnosed two bad injectors we bit the bullet and paid our local shop $7300 to repair injectors and go through motor even though it was still under warranty with Diesel Rehab. Been running like a charm since. In addition to the repair costs we lost a lot revenue for down time. This is not a reputable shop and they do not stand behind their work.

My company purchased a remanufactured Cummins N-14 total price over $27,000. Before the mechanic installed the motor he discovered rust inside the bolt holes all over the motor. After installation of the motor it was then found to have a bad injector. We notified Diesel Rehab to make them aware of the issue they spoke in a very rude tone of voice inregards to my $27,000 dollar situation. Diesal Rehab then told us to pay for all repairs to this $27,000 dollar motor then they would reimburse.Beware of this company they have costed time and money that can not be replaced. This place SALES PAINTED EXPENSIVE TRASH

Jared the service manager is GREAT, a wealth of knowledge and they are super reasonably priced for their hourly service/labor rate. We are so grateful to have found Diesel Rehab.

I have not yet made a purchase from them, but will say, when i spoke to them on the phone about and N14 C+ for my truck, they were very informative, and considerate to my exact want and need. I also want to express my appreciation for the way i was spoken too, they did not treat me like a complete idiot, and answered my questions respectfully, no matter how ridiculous my questions may have seemed. As soon as i can pull the trigger on an engine, i will be making the call to these guys.
