My car exhibited viscous coupler rubbing. Xtreme was too kind and gave me great advice. Got to work and changed the diff and transfer case fluids myself. Turns better and brought down my anxiety about the unknown. New tools $30 Hypoid gear fluid $100.Extreme transmission saved me $100's at a local shop and maybe $1000's at a dealer.Thank you Extreme Transmission.

I brought a frustrating vehicle in for Justin that Needed a Transmission rebuild. Justin exceeded my expectations. Not only did it need a rebuild but it also had an electrical issue which is what caused the transmission to go out in the first place. He went above and beyond to get my company vehicle on the road. Very high rate in comparison. 65% more than the dealership mechanic. Was late to our scheduled appointment. It didn't get finished for 5 hours afterwards( this is a job that takes about 1hour30 minutes.)I did not leave feeling like a valued customer.*edit* upon reviewing my original bill, it is 100% higher. And considering the mechanic and I discussed the hourly rate in advance and said nothing of flat service charge, I think this is an inappropriate service quality issue.

Without a doubt the single worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I called to have it brought in Wednesday, they tell me bring it in. I get there no one is even in the building. I holler trying to find someone for 10 solid minutes. Finally someone shows up. They make no apologies or give any explanation as to why no one was there. They have me fill out my own appointment for them because they NEVER got my information when I first called them and didn't even ask what was going on with my car. Despite all that I leave my car with them (poor decision by me). They tell me a day and they'll call me. Thursday goes by without a peep from them. I call them Friday around 1pm I'm immediately met with hostility told I should just be patient give them until the end of the day. I call again at 4 and it's evident they haven't so much as moved my car into the shop to look at it. I'm told they'll get to work on it right away give them 20 minutes and they'll call me back. After an hour I called them back. Once again they are rude and short tempered and give me NO information on what's happening with my car but say they'll know something soon. I specifically ask, will you know something by 6 come close because I need to know something or take it elsewhere. They tell me by 6 guaranteed. Of course that was a lie. 6 rolls around they don't call me. I call them, no answer and their voicemail is full so I can't even leave a message (very professional). I proceed to call several more times to no avail. I drive over there, shops closed doors are locked no one is there. I bang on the door and their neighbors come over and tell me to try the other door because he sees their cars and thinks they are there. I bang on the next door nothing. I see my car on the lot untouched just as I left it THREE DAYS AGO. I grab my spare key and take the car back because one more second of it in the hands of a group so incompetent was a scary thought for me. Only after I pick up my car do they call me back. I'm busy at the time and don't see the call. They don't leave a voicemail because of course not these people don't talk to you. I call them back they finally pick up. I tell them I'm done with them I don't trust them. They patronize me and sarcastically try explaining why they have done nothing with my car. Politely I tell them to save their breath our business is concluded. The guy goes and I quote : "Fine no sweat off my balls." And hangs up on me. They were rude, unprofessional, they lied to me, ignored my phone calls, copped an attitude anytime I called them trying to get an update on my car and generally stonewalled me. I suspect the delay had to due with the fact they charge 35 dollars a day to let it sit there. NEVER EVER EVER would I recommend this place to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These people are toxic, incompetent, LIARS.

I brought my failing Ford Escape to Xtreme to get a second opinion based on a poor experience with "the other guys". Justin was more then thorough and complete. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. All though ultimately, i decided to not fix the vehicle because it was time to upgrade, I know that that was the right decision because of how Justin informed me about the problem. All my business in the future will be going to Xtreme, and I would highly recommend them to anyone having transmission issues. Thanks, Justin

By far the best mechanic shop I've been to. Extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and an awesome guy. Brought my car in and he worked on it so I could have it back as soon as possible. I'd recommend him over any shop in the area!!
