I am pretty disappointed in the customer service that has been provided lately. This has happened on numerous occasions.I was in the store 20 minutes before a scheduled service. I walked around looking at the different products while waiting, and not a single associate greeted me. No one asked if I needed any assistance with finding products. When a customer did ask for help, the associate was reluctant to walk away from her fellow associate to help.I overheard two of the associates talking about "Pickle christmas," which, if you are a college student or from the area, you will understand. That conversation could have been paused to greet me or the other customers who were also within earshot.If it wasn't for the amazing esthetician, Wendy, I likely wouldn't shop at this location. When Wendy retires, I'll go elsewhere for services. For now, you should pay her more and give her a bigger space. The salon is struggling and doesn't need all that space.I wish I could give you names, but pretty much everyone on the schedule from 1/24/24 from 6-7pm should be evaluated on their ability to provide basic customer service.

I went to this Ulta with my children. My niece picked a product out and while we were trying to pay for it, the credit card machine was taking longer than usual after I had swiped my card. (Technology happens) The cashier called the manager up for assistance and while we were waiting I pulled my banking up. My banking showed the money had already been taken out of my account. I showed the manager that the money had already been pulled out of my account, and she was very rude and said it didn't reflect that on her end and I was unable to take the item because that would be stealing. My children were with and those words didn't need to be said. My kids didn't need to question whether or not their mom was stealing. As the line builds, so does my embarrassment. I walked away. Literally the most embarrassing moment ever. Now I need to explain to my kids what just happened, and have absolutely no idea how. As I walked away the manager said that the money would be returned to my account. It has been over a week and the money has not been returned.

Assistant Manger will sign you up for things without asking for your consent. I did not want a rewards membership but when attempting to pay, she began asking questions about my address, email, etc. When you try and tell her you don't want to provide the information she will begin to make a shell account with whatever information she has already obtained

I tried to talk to someone at the salon and the person working completely ignored me. I was not impressed with the customer service.

Attempted to purchase a bottle of cologne, employee at counter wanted to collect my personal data at when I refused she refused sale.Very concerning having my information collected to do a simple purchase.I’d recommend shopping with a business that respects your privacy

Didn't end up really liking my new makeup or the prices. Also I ended up buying a clearance item that was actually a part of 3 step products. It should have advertised that, or the cashier could have pointed that out.

What happened to this store.... Future Sephora employees? Seriously i go to Ulta for the customer service not the attitudes and snobby comments. With online options everywhere brick amd mortar need to get it together.

Got charged our $242 transaction twice due to a register freezing up after the card was swiped. They would not help us in store and told us to dispute the charge with our bank. The bank said they could have handled it in store. The dispute will take months to complete, so we are out of $242 for months until the dispute is completed. Bad customer service
