Management at this store is very rude and condescending and seemingly put out if you ask them for help with anything at all. You can see the division between the management and the clerks. The secret shoppers are by no means secret an could use some help blending in rather than following people around to the point they no longer feel comfortable to shop there. Our 4 year old even asked us what the young lady was doing. On a brighter note, the selection and prices are great and cashiers are alway chipper.

This was the first time I've ever been to a TJ Maxx. I thoroughly enjoyed this store. They have a lot of different products and quite a few unique items. Their prices are great!

Very disappointed in a worker named Connor at this location. I witnessed him tell customers that they were “pestering him.” He seemed like a manager, so for that comment to come out of his mouth, especially when it was busy and other customers were around, seemed VERY inappropriate. I have always liked TJ Maxx, but definitely will not shop there if someone like him is working there.

It is a discount retail store. It can have some great products for a lot less. Great place to find some t-shirts. Sure they have a lot more to offer, but I was just looking for some shirts for cheap.

Autumn was very helpful when I accidentally used the wrong credit card. She didn't get upset and kept a positive attitude until the issue was resolved, she was so very patient with me.

Like this place, but very limited on the sizes of men's clothing. Never seem to have anything above XL which is unfortunate.

Decent prices, but not as good as I expected. Mens clothing selection is pretty small unfortunately. Lots of variety of every day items, which is nice

It's great to find deals on everyday items. Candles, hand soap, and even though some of it it slightly damaged I'd rather have the slightly damaged items for WAY cheaper than getting it brand new just because it has a scratch or small crack or whatever. I got a 32oz water bottle for $8 today. The people are also super nice and helpful. Not overcrowded.
