So I’m extremely picky, I called a week in advance to book an apt and told them I wanted there Best person because I had something in mind that I wanted to do they said to ask for Henry because he was the best, Putting someone else with Henry and gave me someone named Ben, but I have to give Ben credit where credit is due he did a fabulous job

Not impressed. The spa pedicure itself (massage, etc) was very nice but my guy didn't speak English and didn't understand what I was asking for. I showed him a picture and I still didn't get what I wanted. The firework on my big toe has hot pink and yellow in it, which doesn't make any sense. And I was charged an additional $15 for a third color. Not worth the price.
Requested style: I asked for a firework and had a picture. My firework is different colors.
Stylist: I didn't get his name. He gave a great massage but couldn't understand what I was asking for and didn't follow the picture either.

Very rude. No customer service. Ask for a discount they don't acknowledge. Bad bad. I would not give them 1 star but I have too. Toe nails were slanted. No effort in the pedi at all

I recently got my nails done at tips and toes and ended up at urgent care with a severe infection four days later, getting my fingernail drained. I'm pretty sure they don't really clean their tools here, so be careful!

Very clean. I did not have an appointment and they got me in right away. We just got back from a week vacation so I was in need of a fill. I didn't feel uncomfortable or rushed. My nail tech did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

It has gone really downhill in the the last year.? I hadn’t been in a while because I decided to try and grow my own nails back and I had no luck for a year and it’s vacation time so I decided to give up and have them done. First of all I didn’t recognize ONE person working there (I was a Very regular customer). I explained the shape I wanted to the girl as clearly as I possibly could, she seemed to not be understanding at all and finally the guy next to her said maybe I wanted what his lady was getting, I looked and said that was closer but not as pointed. She made them pointier and knowing I wanted a design, I literally didn’t think there would be room on the nail. I said this several times by the way and apparently she couldn’t hear because she didn’t even respond and just kept doing it. I’m a little too easy going and nice I guess.. I should have grabbed my hand back from her! I finally thought ‘maybe it will work out’. As she started to do the color I wanted ( a Bahama look ) she was doing a good job with that. I thought maybe we are on the same page finally,even though inside I was still a little upset. When she started the design on my ring and index finger I thought it was very pretty and in the end she went above and beyond on that ( I thought at the time .. maybe because it was better than anything else she had done to me so far). I tip generously and paid .. I was actually paying for my daughter as a gift as well she was across the room with someone else . I thought hers was very plain and I wasn’t impressed with the shape or anything but I didn’t know what she had asked for. Our cost out the door was almost $200.. I’m hoping hers is better than I thought when it’s all said and done. When I got home I was looking at my nails closer because they were literally hurting, I noticed they were not even as good as I thought, a couple of nails were not the right size for my nail even and my nail showed a tiny bit on the side of a couple. WOW! I’m sorry but they will Never get anymore business from me! I used to really love them and recommend to a few people.. the person that told me about them had left a couple years ago to be honest but I had already had some good experiences there and I hate to change something like that.. but this ‘tipped’ my ‘hand’

The customer service is absolutely terrible and they make it very obvious they're talking about you. The girl kept pushing and pushing me to do chrome even though I told her I don't think I want chrome. The quality of the nails are eh. The vibe it feels very negative and not well organized or clean there either.

Worst experience ever! Was asked what I wanted on my nails but then was told they were going to do something different because that's what they felt like doing.. wasn't offered a pad to rest my arm on, he had me rest my arm on a canister. And when I was persistent on what I wanted done, he laughed at me and he was very forceful when handling my hands. And was over charged for services I did not receive! Will never go back!
