We were lied to at the Tmoible Gateway location about our monthly plan. We were told by an associate and the manager that it would only go up 10 dollars a month by changing our plan to a better one but it went up 180... now they are passing the buck saying that they don't remember and can't do anything for us. Wow... great customer service.

My phone's motherboard decided to die on Thursday this week so I have been without a phone for 3 days now. I went to this establishment after verifying that it wasn't my battery through another local business. I am EXTREMELY displeased with the service I recieved from Cameron. He had no knowledge of the deals/promotions. I told him that I wanted the newest release phone on pre-order, and he lied to me in-store that the cost would be about a hundred dollars less than the amount sent via email, quoting and confirming the price twice with me. He then mentioned I would get a free upgrade for storage with the current promotion but he didn't even offer that information until I told him I wanted the higher storage option. He also failed to tell me that my signature would be required to be completed from my email, which I could not access my email because of two-factor authentication from my phone, (remember, I have no working phone)! When I told him this at the store, he shrugged and said, "try calling the email company and authenticate to get in". I asked him to change my email address on the order, and he refused, stating he already sent the order in. I then had to drive back to the store same day to change my email address on file due to not being able to get a hold of any customer service for my email (and no phone to call them, mind you). He then called into tmobile customer service and got my email address on file updated. I get home, check my email, and low and behold he had input the WRONG COLOR and this confirmation showed a different price (100 dollars higher than his in-person confirmation and now with monthly financing, which I did not ask for)! I am beyond floored at this incompetence! At this point, I am just going to let the 48 hours expire so that I can go sign up online or at least with another store, and also considering going with another carrier at this point due to their incompetence!

Arrived at T-Mobile branch on Gateway in Eau Claire, WI, requiring assistance for my iPhone. We were completely disregarded. No one greeted or acknowledged our presence. I am a 10+ year customer and now I will be changing carriers.I was there on 10/26/23 at 1pm for those of you who were working, you should fire yourselves.

So t mobile had promotion to get a new phone and a new watch which I've never had before come to find out they gave the last year's model instead of the new cause I didn't know an now wo t make it right most disrespectful ppl at this store ive ever dealt with they purposely ripped me off an wo t fix i after customer told them they have to!

I went in just wanting a conversation and information, and that's what I got. Knowledgeable staff who were not pushy. Asked appropriate questions of me, and had answers and real-life experiences to the questions I came up with regarding the devices I was interested in.

The salesman who was helping me (Nicholas) was very shady when explaining deals, and kept tripping up over things and going back on previous things he had said. We made the mistake of signing up for the service, and will never again. We were lied to by the salesman, as our bill reflects things he didn't tell us. And it wasn't like there was anyone else there we could have talked to either, he was completely alone (though there may have been someone sitting in a nearby office, was dark in there). Nicholas made us very uncomfortable during our interaction, and I recommend those who visit this location avoid him.

Store is totally useless everyone of them, no one can get anything done, and to call that"experts"takes an hour plus and they can't do anything either, total waste of time..I see why everyone is leaving Sprint and T-Mobile..honestly not even worth rating 1 star..wish I could take it back...
