Been going here for about a year for oil changes, tire rotations and maintenance. Haven't taken the car to another mechanic in a long time.
In late May / early June was last oil change and tire rotation. My car has Honda OEM wheel locks/ lug nuts. I leave the wheel lock socket tool out each time for the mechanic to use.
Today I noticed front drivers wheel does not have all the normal/original wheel locks/ lug nuts on it. 4/5 are correct but one is different. It appears to be regular small lug nut that was also very loose. Was able to loosen it with a very small hand rachet and little effort. Im not sure what happened to the original OEM Honda lug nut maybe it was damaged with an impact or lost.
If i was informed one OEM lug nut was damaged/ lost it would not have been an issue as I have spare OEM Honda lug nuts in my glove box.
Lastly, I understand that my car is 14 years old and has 170,000 miles, but this is not cool. This is unsafe.
The pictures clearly show the difference between my OEM Honda lug nuts and the small lug that was put in place instead.

Great place. Had not been here since new owners. Recently I had a nail in my tire. Took it in to fix. They took a quick look and found it was not punctured. Didn't charge me. I will definitely go here again. Honest people!!!!

Peterson has taken care of both mine and my husband’s cars after a string of major car issues. We’ve been able to call and get in same day. Everything is priced fairly and I realized how much I’ve been overpaying elsewhere. They’re honest, real, and good people. Would recommend anyone to go there

Fixed a code on the dash for about $25 caused by low battery from not driving the vehicle for a few months. The dealership wanted $140 just to look at it. We really appreciate the honest great service.
