Called to ask about storage and was informed that they have a loader (machinery) and shelves, with some of their stuff in a unit. And STILL asking $250 a month for the unit. I'm sorry, If I am paying for the unit, then only MY things should be in that unit, or the unit should be substantially discounted. Not good business practice. Then when I tried to reserve the unit for 6 months starting in Oct., I was informed that they couldn't hold the unit for that long. I not once asked for it to be held, Just to be able to rent for the 6 months from Oct-May. And was told that I need to go elsewhere.. Good to know.

This is the very best place to rent any storage space from in the Eau Claire area... I called up and they had one unit available for rent that fit my exact needs and they were so gracious and helpful and all I had to do was go to their website and rent online from comfort of my home ..... they are exceedingly affordable and just so well managed ... out of all events I had to take care of in my life renting storage here was the easiest part of my day I wish all experiences could be so easy for a consumer ....

Mini and Maxi Storage is a very convenient storage facility that meets all of my needs. When renting the unit the owner went out of his way to make sure there was a unit suited exactly for my needs. His staff was well informed and processed my lease swiftly and I was moving in within the hour. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of a clean secure storage unit.

It's awesome, really. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Mini & maxi Storage in Eau Claire. Yes there are other storage centers closer to me, but I don't believe any of them work so hard to please their clients. Nor do I feel that they as well maintained and monitored as Mini & Maxi Storage. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the Mini & Maxi Storage Center! Tom Kewan Eau Claire, WI

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything in storage was kept safe and dry through the winter and the summer. Highly recommend!
